I used a small, accent image from Very Vintage Labels No. 4 to make the banner. I stamped it directly onto my 1 layer card, then stamped on a separate piece and stuck it on over the base layer with pop dots. The happy birthday image is from PaperWorks Co. (drawn by Rachelle Anne Miller).
